Position Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Lead to develop the Brand’s marketing plans and maximise the revenue generation from the Brands retail outlets. The aim is to build on the awareness of the brand and drive footfalls to the stores. Re-enforce the Brand position as a market leader and deliver a seamless customer experience across all touch points online and in-stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, customer loyalty, and market share.
  • Lead the marketing team to drive campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
  • Oversee market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, customer preferences, and competitive trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement promotional activities and partnerships.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the food and confectionery industry.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with the KSA market and cultural nuances is a plus.
