Finance & Accounts Manager

Job Description:

As a Finance & Accounts Manager, you will lead a team of accountants in India and KSA, overseeing financial operations and ensuring accurate reporting for a leading client in the sweets and confectionery industry. Your role will involve managing financial activities, providing strategic insights, and supporting the client’s business goals through effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of accountants across India and KSA.
• Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring compliance with local financial regulations.
• Prepare and present accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Serve as the primary financial contact for the client, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations.
• Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting standards in India and KSA.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
